Drape

Terms of Service

Effective: November 2, 2026

These Terms are an agreement between you and Drape ("we", "us") covering your use of the Drape iOS app and related services. By using Drape you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

1. Who may use Drape

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. Drape is a tool for people selling clothing; it is not intended for personal entertainment use by minors.

2. Your licence to use the app

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use Drape on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. We keep all rights not expressly granted.

3. Your photos, and what you promise us

You keep ownership of everything you upload. By uploading, you give us permission to store and process that image, and to send it to our image-generation providers, for the sole purpose of producing your result.

You must have the right to use every photo you upload. Specifically, you confirm that:

If you are a brand or agency, you are responsible for your own model releases and for complying with advertising rules in the countries where you sell.

4. What you may not do

We may suspend or terminate access, without refund, if you break these rules.

5. Credits and payment

6. AI output — please read

Every image Drape returns is generated by an AI model. It is not a photograph and it is not a guarantee of how a garment actually fits. Details such as fabric texture, logos, prints and trims may differ from the real item. You are responsible for checking that an image is accurate enough to publish before you use it commercially. We mark output as AI-generated; do not remove that marking where disclosure is legally required.

7. Ownership of results

Subject to these Terms and to the rights of third parties (including the person depicted), you may use the images you generate for commercial purposes, including in your shop listings and ads. You are responsible for the content of what you publish.

8. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue features. We aim to keep the service running, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability — it depends on third-party AI providers and App Store services.

9. Termination

You can stop using Drape at any time and delete your account and data in Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms, present fraud risk, or where required by law.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the app will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 50. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost sales.

11. Apple

These Terms are between you and Drape only, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. Apple is not responsible for any claim relating to the app, including product liability, legal compliance, or consumer protection claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer protections you have where you live.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect; continuing to use Drape after that means you accept the updated Terms.
